About the Event

The Labor Day South Gaylord Concert & Street Fair returns to Denver's beloved South Gaylord Street on Saturday, September 5 to Monday, September 7, 2026 — bringing the Washington Park neighborhood together for 3 days of live music, local food, artisan goods, and community celebration.

Who: Produced by the South Gaylord Merchant's Association and managed by Broderick & Company, the event draws a diverse crowd of Washington Park residents, Denver locals, and visitors looking to close out the summer in style. We expect 40+ vendors and strong neighborhood foot traffic throughout the day.

What: A free, family-friendly outdoor street fair featuring live entertainment, full bar service, exclusive workouts on Saturday and Sunday by KALO FITNESS, and a curated mix of food, beverage, retail, art, and craft vendors.

Where: South Gaylord Street, Washington Park neighborhood, Denver, CO. One of Denver's most walkable and vibrant commercial corridors.

Why: This event exists to celebrate the community, amplify local merchants, and give vendors direct access to a highly engaged, neighborhood audience on one of the last big outdoor-event days of the summer.

Vendor spaces are limited — approved vendors will receive booth location assignments, load-in/load-out schedules, and event-day support from our on-site team.

Hours and Fees
Saturday - 10am-5pm
Sunday - 10am-5pm
Monday - 10am-5pm
Food trucks until 8pm each day
Live Music is scheduled -Saturday 2pm -10pm, Sunday noon-10pm and Monday noon-4pm.
There may be some additional morning hours available to coffee/pastry vendors as we are planning some morning fitness classes.

Applications are free. Booths will be assigned closer to event date.

Must be available all 3 days. Fees for all 3 days below:

20×10 - $650
Food Truck Vendor Fee - $800

Vendor Terms & Conditions
South Gaylord Labor Day Concert & Street Fair — September 5-7, 2026

Application & Acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee a vendor space. All applications are reviewed and approved at the discretion of the event organizers. You will receive written notice of acceptance or denial.

Payment
Upon acceptance, your booth fee of is due within 5 days. Failure to pay within this window forfeits your spot and may be offered to a waitlisted vendor. Accepted payment methods: credit card via Square.

No Refunds
All booth fees are non-refundable. No exceptions. If you cancel for any reason — including personal emergencies, weather concerns, or scheduling conflicts — your fee will not be returned. If the event is cancelled by organizers due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, city mandate, etc.), vendors will receive a credit toward a future event.

Show Up Ready
Vendors must be fully set up by [load-in time] and remain open through the end of the event. Vendors who no-show without prior notice will not be eligible to apply for future events.

You're Responsible for Your Space
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, equipment, product liability, and any required permits or licenses (food handlers, sales tax, etc.). The event organizers are not liable for theft, damage, or injury within your vendor space.

Sales Tax and Business License
Vendors are Responsible for collecting and paying Denver Sales for this Special Event and to have a proper business license. Mobile Food Vendors need additional licensing. Please contact the city or state if you are unsure which licenses you need to operate.
