Trick or Treat on South Gaylord Street

Get ready to strut your stuff at the Annual Trick or Treat Street on Historic South Gaylord! Join us Saturday, October 31st from 3–6pm for a spooktacular evening of family-friendly Halloween fun, as local businesses along the block hand out sweet treats to trick-or-treaters of all ages. This year we’re adding some extra sparkle to the tradition with a red carpet and photographer on South Gaylord — so bring the whole family in their best costumes and be ready for your close-up.

Beyond the classic trick-or-treating, this year’s celebration features a costume contest and red carpet photos, giving kids and adults alike a chance to show off their favorite characters and creative getups. Whether you’re channeling Dorothy and her friends from Oz or dressing up as your own spooky creation, there will be plenty of opportunities to be seen (and photographed) while making your way from shop to shop for candy.

Historic South Gaylord Street transforms into a warm, glowing Halloween wonderland for the occasion, with twinkling lights strung overhead, jack-o’-lanterns lining the sidewalks, and the neighborhood’s favorite local businesses joining in on the festivities. It’s the perfect way to kick off the Halloween season with your neighbors — so mark your calendars, grab your treat bags, and head to the 1000 block of South Gaylord Street on October 31st. Come for the candy, stay for your close-up!
